The Registration Process
- Enter the email address you have on file with RISCPA.
- Enter A NEW password TWICE (Between 12-20 characters with ONE number 0-9, ONE lowercase letter, ONE uppercase letter and ONE special character –“!,”?” “&”).
- An email will be sent asking you to verify your email to complete the process (check junk/spam folder if you did not receive).
- Once your email is verified, you will have 2 options for multi-factor authentication (MFA). One will be a 6-digit code to your email and the other a multi-factor authentication app (such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator). Visit Google Playstore or Apple Store to download.
- Return to log in page. If you choose email authentication, a code will be sent to your email or you can open authenticator app and take a picture of the QR Code on the app and "sync" will happen automatically. Enter your email with your password then enter the 6-digit code from MFA app.
If you have completed these steps, you may go directly to the login page.
